Alerts Tab #
The second tab on the Account Toolbar is the Alerts Tab.
The Alerts Tab displays all alerts for all devices on your account. You will learn how to set up your custom alert settings for SOS, battery, speed, and zones in the corresponding Knowledge Base articles.
Delete Individual Alert
When you receive an alert notification via email or SMS, you are not required to log in to acknowledge (delete) your alerts. If you would prefer to delete your alerts, just follow the two simple steps below. Removing alerts from the Alerts Tabwill not remove the alerts from History. The alerts will still be visible in your device History.
Step 1: Click to place a check mark in the box next to the alert
Step 2: Click Acknowledge Selected Alerts
Delete All Alerts
If you would like to delete all your alerts at once please follow the two simple steps below. Removing alerts from the Alerts Tabwill not remove the alerts from History. The alerts will still be visible in your device History.

Alert Details
If you would like more information including the location that the alert occurred you may view the alert on the map in your device’s history screen. Simply click on the name of the alert located to the left of the date and time and you will be directed to the Device History Screen.
Step 1: Click the alert name (to the left of the date) EXAMPLE: Speed Limit Alert

Alerts appear on the map as numbered red dots.
Step 1: Move and hold your mouse over the red dot to view detailed information for this alert
Step 2: Use the mouse to scroll down in the white information window for additional details
