How do I change my password? #
With PocketFinder, you have several ways to securely update and change your password!
Manually Update Password (Online Interface)
1. Log in to your Account using your current Username and Password
2. Click on your My Account tab at the top of your user interface
3. Click on Change Password
4. Enter your Current Password
5. Enter and reenter to confirm you New Password and click Save
Manually Update Password (Apple App)
1. Log in to your Account using your current Username and Password
2. Click Account button at the bottom right of your screen
3. Click on Change Password
4. Enter your Current Password and New Password twice to confirm
5. Click Save in the upper right hand corner
6. Click Change Password in the pop-up to confirm
Manually Update Password (Android App)
1. Log in to your Account using your current Username and Password
2. Click Account button at the bottom right of your screen
3. Click on Change Password
4. Enter your Current Password and New Password twice to confirm
5. Click the Check Mark in the upper right hand corner
6. Click OK in the pop-up to confirm changing the password
Forgot Password?
1. Click on Forgot My Password on the Login screen Online or in the App
2. Enter your email address (username) and click OK
3. Check your inbox for an email with your new, randomly generated Password
4. Using this new Temporary Password, Login and follow the instructions above to manually change your Password to whatever you would like.
Support Assistance
Support can also change/ update your password upon request. Send an email to Support HERE or leave a voicemail at 866-726-7543. Support will then reach out to verify you are the account holder. Once confirmed they will send you your new temporary password and instructions to confirm you successfully log back in.
At that point you can then change your password back to what you like.
