Stopping and Restarting Service #

With PocketFinder the Suspension/ Cancellation process is easy!

To suspend or fully cancel your service, send an email to Support HERE or leave a voicemail at 866-726-7543. Support will then reach out and provide you with an email confirmation for your records.

PocketFinder Teen Driver: There are no cancellation or suspension fees. If you choose to suspend service, upon reactivation, a $4.95 reactivation fee per device will process.

PocketFinder Wired Vehicle Tracker: There are no cancellation or suspension fees. If you choose to suspend service, upon reactivation, a $4.95 reactivation fee per vehicle device will process.

PocketFinder LTE Smart Tracker (white oval): There are no cancellation fees, suspension/ pause fees, or reactivation fees.

PocketFinder+ 3G Personal Tracker (black key fob): There are no cancellation fees. Pausing/ Suspending the service is $1 a month with no reactivation fees.

PocketFinder Original 2G Personal Tracker (white puck): There are no cancellation fees. If you choose to suspend service, upon reactivation, a $4.95 reactivation fee per vehicle device will process.

Permanently Cancel: If you choose to permanently cancel, there is a grace period as we understand things can suddenly come up. But, once that period ends, the system will automatically permanently cancel the SIM card in your device preventing it from ever being reactivated.

When you are ready to reactivate, just reach out to Support once more. Support will verify payment details and confirm the reactivation of your device.
