The fifth tab on your Device Toolbar is the Power tab
The Vehicle Tracker PowerTab is for the Power Cut alert. The Smart Tracker and PF+ PowerTab is for changing Power Modes and setting up Low Battery and SOS alerts.
Vehicle Tracker
Power Cut Notification
Turn on the Power Cut notification. Then check mark the SMS and Email contacts you want notified and Click Save at the boom of the screen.
This will alert you if power to the Vehicle Tracker is cut off as well as when power is restored. When power is cut from the device, it can still actively track for 4 hours off its internal battery. This way, if your vehicle is stolen, you can still track and find your device. Consistent Power Cut and restoration alerts can also be a sign to check installation and make sure all wires are securely connected.

Power Management
The PF Smart & PF+ have multiple power mode intervals for you to choose from. The interval you choose is the delay between GPS locates while the device is registering movement. For more information on how power modes affect tracking, you can review the PF Smart User Manual and PF+User Manual.
Power mode changes occur immediately when on the charger. When off the charger, the change will occur the next time the device checks in to locate.
Click the power mode you want the device set for
Click Save below the power mode options
Low Battery Notification
Because these devices are designed to be used off the charger, there is a low battery notification. With various levels to choose from, the power is in your hands. When the battery level drops to what you selected, you and any contacts you select will be notified.
Click the Set your minimum battery level drop down and select the battery level you wish to be alerted at.
Then check mark the SMS and Email contacts you want notified and Click Save at the boom of the screen.
Alert Notification (SOS)
The PF Smart and the PF+ have an SOS button built into the device. When properly enacted, 5 minutes of emergency locates occur.While the SOS function cannot be disabled, you have the option to turn alerts for SOS on or off. This way, you and any contacts you select will be notified when SOS occurs.
Click the Set your alert notification drop down and On or Off.
Then Check Mark the SMS and Email contacts you want notified and Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
